Dad's Army - Chris' Barrel Aged Imperial Stout is a big & bold imperial stout aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels for over three months, this beer shows rich dark chocolate and roasted flavours interwoven with the complexity of the barrel character, which is present at all stages throughout the palette - giving big notes of vanilla and charred oak with notes of caramel and spice. Best enjoyed at warmer temperatures, and savoured over every sip.
